Easy! Just send us a clear photo of your hand and we'll do the rest. Here's how:

• Lay your hand flat on a table, palm-down, fingers slightly spread.
• Place a quarter (or any standard coin) next to your hand for scale. A ruler works too.
• Take the photo straight from above so we can see all 10 nails clearly.
• Send it to us via Instagram DM, email, or text after you order.

The coin gives us perfect scale to size each finger. If anything's unclear, we'll just reach out and ask for another snap — no biggie.

Our press-ons are designed with a slight bit of wiggle room, and you can always lightly file the sides for a perfect fit. If a nail truly doesn't work, send us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we'll send a replacement.

Even easier! We keep your sizes on file. Just let us know at checkout (or in a DM) that you're a returning customer and we'll pull up your last order.

Each set ships with everything you need:

• Your custom press-on set (10 nails)
• Nail glue — strong-hold, gentle formula
• Prep kit — alcohol wipes, cuticle pusher, mini file, prep pads
• Application instructions with care tips
• Reusable storage box for when you take 'em off

The quick rundown:

• 1. Wash hands, push back cuticles, and lightly buff your natural nail.
• 2. Wipe each nail with an alcohol pad to remove all oils.
• 3. Apply a thin layer of glue to both your natural nail and the press-on.
• 4. Press firmly for 20–30 seconds. Hold steady — no wiggling!
• 5. Avoid water for the first hour for max bond strength.

About 15–20 minutes once you've got your prep down. The first time might take 30 minutes — like anything, you get faster with practice.

With proper prep and application, expect 1–2 weeks of wear. Some of our customers report 3+ weeks! It depends on how rough you are on your hands and how well you prep.

Yes! That's the magic of press-ons. To reuse:

• Soak your hands in warm soapy water for 10 minutes, then gently lift the nails off (never force them!).
• Soak the nails in acetone for 5 minutes to remove old glue.
• Buff lightly, store in the box, and you're ready for round two.

Most sets can be worn 3–5 times with good care.

Yes to showering (after the first hour), and yes to swimming. Hot water and harsh soaps shorten the life of your set, so we recommend gloves for dishes and deep cleaning. Treat them like a manicure — gentle is the name of the game.

It happens! Clean off old glue, give the nail and your finger a quick wipe with alcohol, and re-glue. You'll find that one tube of glue lasts through several application cycles.

Yes! If you're local, leave a note at checkout and we'll arrange a pickup spot. No shipping charge.

Because each set is handmade and worn on your body, we can't accept returns on used sets. That said — your happiness matters to us. If your set arrives damaged, the wrong sizes, or just isn't what you expected, message us within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right.

If we haven't started making it yet, absolutely — full refund. Once production has started, we'll do our best to work with you but a partial refund may apply since materials and time are already invested.

Custom sets start at $40. Final price depends on:

• Shape & length — longer/more dramatic shapes take more time
• Design complexity — hand-painted art, 3D charms, rhinestones
• Materials — premium charms, gold leaf, etc.

We'll quote you before any work begins — no surprises.

From order confirmation to your door: 1–3 weeks depending on complexity and our queue. For weddings or special events, please order at least 4 weeks ahead.

We can do "inspired by" almost anything! Out of respect for other artists, we won't make an exact copy of another nail artist's signature work — but we'll absolutely capture the vibe and tailor it to be yours.
